At St Anthony’s, we are all Geographers. Geography is the study of the earth’s human and physical characteristics, from its inhabitants to its land, rivers and seas. Through our Geography curriculum, and other opportunities to explore our natural world such as Forest School, we aim to inspire a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people. Our Geography curriculum aims to equip pupils with key knowledge and skills which will support them as lifelong learners, with a particular focus on space, place and locational knowledge and fieldwork skills. At St Anthony’s, we believe these key skills allow our pupils to develop a secure understanding of their place in the world, while also encouraging them to question and explore further.
